My Name is Shirley Ruth Caron, I'm 59 Years Old, I'm a Renowned Poet/Songwriter/Singer/Vice President of M & S Public Relations(Talent Promoter)and Chairman of Two Non Profit Organizations, "Save Our Children" and "Shirley's Epilepsy Awareness Program." I reside on the South side of Indianapolis, Indiana(Greenwood), with my Husband, Mike. I have received a lot of Recognition from several Poetry Organizations and have received several High Achievement Awards and Plaques with my Poetry on them. I have recently received a Message from Poetry.com informing me that I have been Honored with the Title of "POETRY AMBASSADOR OF 2007!" I am Officially Listed in The Poetry Ambassador Directory with other Renowned Poets! I have had a Record Contract for about 5 Years with Emerald Records in Nashville, Tennessee and my Producer is Cliff Ayres Ostermeyer(Owner/Proucer)of Emerald Records and the Person that Originally sang, "My Blue Heaven." I have had three Newspaper Articles written about me in: "The Southside Times"(Indianapolis, Indiana), "The Spotlight"(Indianapolis, Indiana), and "The Taunton Gazette"(Newspaper back in my old hometown). I did a Presentation for everyone at The Church of the Lakes in Ninevah, Indiana and I love doing Presentations for anyone that has a special event coming up or at any Nursing Homes, Children's Hospitals, and Churches. I am a very warm hearted Person and I love to put a smile on everyone's face! I did a Radio Interview with the Staff at The IUPUI University here in Indianapolis, Indiana and I am planning on doing an Interview with someone in Washington, DC, about the Importance of Awareness of Epilepsy and essential information about it and the risks and side effects. I have about Two Fundraising Events a Year to help raise Funds for The National Epilepsy Foundation towards a possible Cure for this dreadful Killer.
